Revolutionens datter (Norway 1918)
Probably the most obscure film of all the obscure films I've posted, REVOLUTIONENS DATTER starred Danish boxer Waldemar Holberg. Holberg held a version (Australian) of the welterweight title for a month in 1914. From what I could see he made two films, in Norway in 1918, while fighting there from 19...

Ferdinand Guillaume 1917
L'ENFANT TERRIBLE (Tiber-film 1917) looks like a post Polidor/Tontolini incarnation, Guillaume plays a bothersome child. This is the latest (1917) film I've seen from him, not counting a Fellini or two.

Apologies, Richard. I just saw that you already posted this a little while back. I had checked under the title, not Reeves.

Buck and Bubbles in HIGH TONED 1929
Produced by Monte Brice for Pathe in 1929 or 1930 (I've seen both dates)

I think Spencer Williams is the referee.

A trio of Al Christie produced black cast shorts
Three shorts with all-black cast produced by Christie in 1929 based on characters by Octavus Roy Cohen. Spencer Williams and Roberta Hyson are in all three in in leads and support. NEAT AND TIDY (1930) Monty Banks Directed Comedy Short
A nice British short directed by Monty Banks. I know some of you have seen it, but I hadn't. Interesting to see all of the same old routines from a British slant (sure Banks had something to do with that). I believe it's Billie (Billy) Reeves' last film and only British one. https://www.youtube.com/...

rare film appearance of Juliette Day
Juliette Day in BETTY AND THE BUCCANEERS 1917. Apparently she only made four films (1914-1917) and this was the last, don't know if it's a coincidence...She had quite a few theater credits. On EFG, but the titles are in English

1919 Fox Sunshine HER FIRST KISS
On the NFPF, here's HER FIRST KISS with Slim Somerville (sic), Ethel Teare, Laura LaVarnie and Harry Booker. Unbilled, Tom Kennedy makes an appearance around the 16 minute mark. Some others look familiar, but they're beyond me at the moment. Feels like a Sennett from the same period, which is not su...
