Well, it's certainly not HELLS HINGES, it's the 1914 Broncho two-reeler MR. SILENT HASKINS, in it's reissue version titled ANGEL OF HELLS KITCHEN.

Aww, I used to have the one-reel Blackhawk/Killiam version, but it was not in good condition, so I barely watched it and I sold it a couple of years ago. Thanks for the ID Richard.
