BLUE JEANS (1917) Viola Dana, Robert Walker

John H. Collins was a terrific Director who's life and career were sadly cur short by the Influenza epidemic of 1918, if he had lived, he would have most likely been hailed and remembered in the same class as D. W. Griffith, Cecil B. Demille and others of that ilk.

BLUE JEANS is one of Collins few surviving films, based on an old classic barnstormer of a melodrama, it was released by Metro Pictures Corp. December 10, 1917, and features Viola Dana, Robert Walker, Russell Simpson, Sally Crute, Clifford Bruce, and Henry Hallam:

Grab the chance to see this great early silent while you can.
