So, it certainly isn't uncommon for silent film fans to sing the praises of Safety Last. In my opinion we all should .... I think it's a fantastic movie. What's less common is for people who like films , but do not necessarily appreciate silents, to acknowledge the greatness of this film. It is a favorite of mine( a tightly constructed thrilling, funny, masterpiece). I am glad that word might be getting out to the general public.
