We have talked before about how big a TV star Garry Moore was in the 50's and 60's and how he is sadly much forgotten today due to so little of his work being available to see. Well, here's three episodes from his Variety Show that show well what he did:
Broadcast October 25, 1960, guests: Patti Page and Tony Randall:

Broadcast April 18, 1961, guests: Robert Goulet, Julie London, and Bob Newhart:

Broadcast October 10, 1961, guests: Frank Fontaine and Tony Martin:

And of course, all three feature Moore's wonderful stock company, including Durward Kirby and a young and extremely talented Carol Burnett.

Re: Three GARRY MOORE SHOWs
During the 'My Fair Lady' parody, Carol seems to be channeling her inner-Jerry Lewis. And I believe this is the first time I've seen Tony Randall dance.
