You actually get a look at Wyllis Cooper, the great fantasy/horror writer who created both LIGHTS OUT and QUIET PLEASE on radio and wrote many classic scripts for both, he introduces what appears here to be a sort-of early TV version of QUIET PLEASE (which was ending it's run on ABC radio around this time, so they may have been trying something similar on the TV side) which he also wrote and directed:
