Well-done 'OTR curating' on the internet archive - a collection of Poe adaptions with Karloff, Price and Lorre:

Thanks for posting this Uli.

The INNER SANCTUM version of TELL-TALE HEART with Karloff is a very odd adaptation indeed, and the SUSPENSE version of PIT AND THE PENDULUM has Vincent Price in it, but some of the more offbeat and interesting surprises include the NBC UNIVERSITY THEATER ON THE AIR version of THE PURLOINED LETTER with Adolph Menjou and especially the COLUMBIA WORKSHOP version of NEVER BET THE DEVIL YOUR HEAD from the 50's with John Dehner, Daws Butler, and Howard McNear as the Devil.

A lot of these are WEIRD CIRCLE broadcasts, as that show did mostly adaptations of public domain works, but they are pretty good shows with unfortunately anonymous casts.
