I guess only Alan Bennett survives now from the original Beyond The Fringe, Miller was another physician-comedian like Graham Chapman and he directed the weirdest version of ALICE IN WONDERLAND (1966), an interesting version of TAMING OF THE SHREW with John Cleese, a very silly version of THE MIKADO with Eric Idle, among many other classics of Shakespeare and Opera.
