This one is about as obscure as it gets, Bobbie Bolder was mostly a supporting comic at Essanay and elsewhere, but he did star in a series of Everett True comedies for the very short-lived Chicago-based American Bioscope Company in early 1917. This short even gives you a look at the ABC offices and studio:

Very interesting. The character is based on a comic strip that I never heard of and ran from about 1905 thru 1927. I looked up some examples and it seemed to use exactly one joke repeated daily for 20+ years: Everett is offended by someone lacking in some area and beats them up.
