The short guy is Frankie Adams, who does support in some of the shorts.

I have prints of a couple of these, including JUDY PUNCH (1923).

Thanks, Richard. I haven't seen his name connected with the cast of either of the two FIGHTING BLOOD series, so I wonder if he was just hanging around the set, or cast in some tiny part in one of the episodes.
