Does anyone know if there is a decent copy of the extant second reel anywhere? All I've ever seen is a very poor copy of a VHS tape...

The problem with NOW I'LL TELL ONE is that one reel belongs to a private collector, the other reel belongs to an archive, and neither have gotten along well enough to get together on a restoration.
