Though I have a monochrome file of this title I did check this out anyway and it had a wonderful tint to the print I had not seen before.
However I found a link on Youtube on this film's page for Vernon's CORNFED (1924), a title that has eluded me before now. I noticed a cameraman credit for Alfred Jacquemin. Could this be Fred Jackman under an alias?

Nope. Alfred Jacquemin was a different fellow than Fred Jackman. Jacquemin was a French-Canadian cameraman who worked for Christie in the late 20's, then went back to Montreal where he worked as a newsreel cameraman for Associated Screen News and others, he also shot a few Canadian-produced features like Edgar Ulmer's FROM NINE TO NINE (1936) with Ruth Roland.
