A Film Johnnie - House Burning Location

I came across this Feb 13, 1914 Los Angeles Express article quite by chance:

I think the film in question is A Film Johnnie, even though the fire at the end of that film seems quite tepid.

Olivedale was a new housing development by G D Robertson and this burn seems to be his idea in order to get people to come check out the new homes (one block north of Sunset Boulevard on Coronado St.).

Sometimes I see what was burnt listed as the old Bonadiman Ranch House. A search on Bonadiman on Calisphere pulls up this sequence of a fire scene being filmed in front of a crowd listed as circa 1915:

Though that seems to have been some other film. It looks like the Bonadiman's enjoyed getting their buildings torched for the movies.
