Is it me, or do these three new books about Charlie Chaplin listed on Amazon seem to have something in common?

Yep, bad AI is rampant.
I'm waiting to see the Charlie Chaplin bio that has a picture of Billy West on the cover.

They have eliminated the Chaplin brush mustache for an elongated mo. Maybe the publishers were afraid Chaplin's image would be confused with hitler.

I hate AI. It makes everything and everyone stupider.

Here's my two cents: #1 looks like a guy who came in dead last in a French Chaplin lookalike contest (seriously, top hat and bow tie?), #2 is not of this world (therefore a perfect rep for AI - any bets on whether he has six fingers?), and #3 looks like LIMELIGHT-era Chaplin entering a Robert Downey Jr CHAPLIN lookalike contest.

To paraphrase Fred Allen, "the average (fill in the blank) is well below average".

Or George Carlin:
"Look how stupid the average man is, and realize half of them are stupider than that!"
My favorite Fred Allen line (referring to radio and television)was:
"They call it a medium because nothing is well done in it."
