I've found several "collector" stamps on eBay from the 1910s, but this one is the first that I've found with Charlie Chaplin on it. I think it's from The Tramp, but it could be from In the Park since there is a park bench behind the man with his hands full. Does anybody else recognize this scene? I don't have time to rewatch the films for a while.

Your second guess would be correct.

Thanks, I don't have In the Park on 16mm, so I've only seen it a couple of times, and not recently...

Well, in that case I'll give you a quick synopses Bruce.
"Charlie runs around a park, twirls his cane, flirts with Edna,
steals sausages, flicks ashes into a man's mouth, hurls bricks
and kicks everyone into the lake."
All in all a swell time is had by all.....

Alright Phil, your version is more detailed......but mine is quicker to read.
And here is something that neither of us mentioned. Charlie uses the baby carriage
to rest his feet on, he tumbles into the carriage, continually puts his feet into it and
even flicks a lit cigarette into the baby carriage. WHERE'S THE BABY??!! Was Edna
out giving just the carriage a bit of fresh air? Because if there is a kid in it I'm
calling Child Protective Services.

Re: Chaplin Essany collector stamp
And here's another In the Park stamp I was able to find. I wonder how many were made.
