Slapsticon Hotel Rooms Still Available at the Biddle Hotel

Hey Gang,

Just want to let everyone know that the Biddle Hotel in the IU Student Union does still have some rooms available for Slapsticon attendees, despite some rumors to the contrary. Apparently, anyone calling the Biddle to make reservations will be told the Hotel is sold out, but if they mention the word "Slapstick" or "Slapsticon", they will be put on that room reservation list. Some folk have apparently given up after being told the Hotel is sold out.

Also, if one is looking for a more affordable alternative lodging, the Bloomington Travelodge, just under a mile away from the IU University Cinema, if offering a nightly rate of $57.00 . This is a good deal, especially if one is driving to the Event, as all Slapsticon Full Festival passes come with a parking pass to the Student Union Parking Lot next door to the Theater. In any event, the Travelodge is also a reasonable walk to and from the Theater, on a level chunk of ground unlike the hills and slopes of Rosslyn in the Old Days.

We do recommend that you make your Hotel Reservations soon as there is just a limited number left at the Biddle, and the Travelodge is begining to fill up as well. You can reach all of their websites on the Travel/Hotel page of the Slapsticon website:
