A tad on the steep side perhaps, but it's still a bargain. Fantastic book, I was just rereading my copy for the umpteenth time.

There ain't any extra copies floating around to sell. We sold out the print run, and certainly ain't gonna do another one, we got tired of moving the boxes of these "extra heavy" books around the house for the couple of years the book was in print. If anyone wants the book, they are going to have to go for the occasional used one that will appear.
