Does Anyone Recognize This Location

In the 1927 Educational short WHO'S AFRAID?, Lupino Lane follows closely on the heels of a cop past a rather nice home (see below). Does anyone recognize this location and, if so, does it still exist? If memory serves, it's the same place Henry Lehrman used in PUNCH OF THE IRISH, but I'd have to re-view that film to make sure.

Mystery solved, courtesy of John Bengston, who replied that we can read about the McKinley mansion in his book Silent Visions. They filmed in that neighborhood frequently, he said. The page from his book that he provided is posted below:
