Here's one of the harder to see films featuring "Charters and Caldicott" from THE LADY VANISHES/NIGHT TRAIN TO MUNICH, who then made a handful of starring vehicles on their own, Directed by Roy Rich and Alfred Roome, featuring Basil Radford and Naunton Wayne with Susan Shaw, Maurice Denham, and a young Diana Dors in a bit part, released by Gainsborough in 1949:
Nice, relaxed, non-earth-shattering British Comedy.
