THE ACID TEST (1932) Tom Howard

Postby Richard M Roberts » Thu May 12, 2022 3:59 pm

An Educational comedy released November 27, 1932 starring vaudevillian and radio performer Tom Howard, directed by Aubrey Scotto and featuring Howard with his partner George Shelton, Owen Martin, Delores Demonde, Barton McLane and Donald Macbride.

Geno Cuddy needs someone to correct his long history lessons, it was hard for Tom Howard's radio show IT PAYS TO BE IGNORANT to have started as a Summer replacement for Groucho Marx's YOU BET YOUR LIFE when it was on the air five years before YOU BET YOUR LIFE debuted.
