A BLITZ ON THE FRITZ (1943) Harry Langdon, Vernon Dent

Starts at the 4-minute mark. English with Spanish subtitles. Harry at 58 is at his most animated possibly since HIS NEW MAMA (1924), thanks to Jules White's off the rails direction. Script by Clyde Bruckman copies the finale of Harold Lloyd's PROFESSOR BEWARE, released a scant 5 years earlier. If Harold and his attorneys caught this one, who knows, it could've cost Columbia another $40,000.
