I'm trying to identify which Andy Clyde film this photo is from (should be a Columbia short from the late '30s)...anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Louie! I had a feeling there was a Chase connection there. Is there a kite-flying scene in that Andy Clyde short, as depicted in the picture?

Ah, thanks again! Incidentally, Vivien Oakland, who appeared with Chase in MIGHTY LIKE A MOOSE, has a role in BOOM GOES THE GROOM.

The boy is Payne Johnson, who appeared in BABES IN TOYLAND as one of the three little pigs, and was in some of the Our Gang shorts of the late '30s, among a whole bunch of other films.
