The "trailer," I'm sure, is nothing more than an attempt to spur interest in the screenplay. Frankly, I think it accomplishes exactly the opposite.
Maybe it would've gone over better if they'd gotten the girl from the Dunkin Donuts commercial.

If this tragi-comic film (actually video) inadvertantly finds its way into production, I think we're looking at something akin to "Plan Nine From Outer Space" in audience appeal. All I can think is that the actress portraying Mabel must be a direct descendent of Al Joy. There can be no other explanation. Maybe the producer should start with a dramatization of Snooky's life and then work his way up. (I truly hope this is taken as constructive criticism.)
