No worries, if it turns out to be a fraud, I'll get my money back one way or another.

OK, so I got a reply to my emails from the guy that I assume runs http://www.elevenmemories.com and is putting this thing together, Lou Vecchio:

This is an advance order process.
The set is in manufacturing and has been delayed.
As soon as the sets come out of manufacturing they will be shipped

Thank you
LOU

I have emailed him back asking for a timetable as to when I can expect this thing in my hands. I also notice that PayPal's statute of limitations is only 45 days so..................I'm hopeful but until I have this set in my hands I'm still weary. Not holding my breath at this point.

Man, two people jumping on my ass about this (Rich Finegan by email). I meant wary but when I wrote it, I was about 3 hours into waiting for my car to be finished at the dealership and BUZZED out from 3 cups of coffee. Oh, SCM, please forgive me.

If you were three hours into waiting for your car I'd think you were all three.

Another update from "my buddy" Lou on where the heck this set is:

This is an advance order process.

The set is in manufacturing and has been delayed.

As soon as the sets come out of manufacturing they will be shipped

Our manufacturer is changing over their anti-piracy technology and we are
waiting for the new timeline.

Thank you again

LOU

Due to someone's action on another forum, I have started the refund process for my payment on the DVD's. Nearly 4 months of waiting is crazy. Will post if I hear any details.

My guess is this was a "We'll get enough pre-orders to front the money for pressing" scenario, but OOPS that wasn't the case so this may not get released at all.

I got an AMAZING email supposedly from Michael Agee but there are certain parts he doesn't want blabbed about so I am holding it back until the end of the month. If there is no follow up about details of the order, I will spill the beans here. I've had enough of this crap already.

This is supposedly his email if you want to write and ask him questions (like where he thinks that print of "Hats off" might be): halroachstudio@aol.com

So based on Michael's email are you re-submitting your order?
