Slightly OT? Perhaps a little since most silent and classic film conedy is BW, then again, there's even a color system named after Mack Sennett, and I guess one of the few reasons to watch Supercinecolor is the team of Abbott and Costello! Anyways, an extensive database on Historical Film Colors painstakingly created by Barbara Flueckiger, has gone online: http://zauberklang.ch/colorsys.php. It's a work in progress, so please also consider the support campaign here: http://www.indiegogo.com/colorprocesses

Thanks,

Uli

28 days of fundraising left to go... the campaign site (as linked above -http://www.indiegogo.com/colorprocesses) now also has a video report from Swiss television - click CC to activate English subtitles. Spread the word...!
