Released January 28, 1931, directed by the underrated Harry Sweet, and starring Edgar Kennedy, a hung-over Arthur Housman, Pert Kelton, Mabel Forrest, and Franklin Pangborn and Georgie Billings:

Just watched this - hilarious. Thanks for pointing us to it…I've always liked Edgar Kennedy and it's good to see Arthur Housman too, as I think he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.
