Here's LOVE AND BURGLARS (LANDSVAGRIDDARE) 1921 with Carl Schenstrom and Aage Bendixen in the role afterwards played by Harald Madsen

I'm not sure it is officially a "Pat and Patachon" but their Danish characters are Fyrtaarnet and Bivognen, the same as P&P

Apparently, Aage Bendixen started as a clown, like the second 'Patachon', Harald Madsen.
