Just watched SCAMPS AND SCANDALS (Vitagraph 1919), a very enjoyable Semon comedy with regulars Frank Alexander and William Hauber and, for a nice change, Vera Steadman. So who plays her father? He kind of reminded me of Dan Crimmins, but I don't know that he worked with Semon. Any ideas?

Yes, that is Dan Crimmins who worked in a bunch of the Vitagraph shorts.
His wife, Rosa Gore, also makes some appearances in them.
