This is one of the best pieces of news this year, Rob! It's a truly entertaining film. I still remember your description of it in that wonderful issue of "Griffithiana", long time ago.

Rob, I remember what a hit this was at Slapsticon 2007, Max really put it over - as he always did.

Foolishly I tried translating the “Foreword” using Google, but look at what I got, trying both Hebrew and Yiddish:

Maybe I should’ve listened to Smith & Dale’s advice: “To fool with a fool is foolish!"

Incidentally, Ernest Pagano developed the story and gag situations but somehow got gypped out of a screen credit.
