The Royal Scottish National Orchestra under the baton of William T. Stromberg will record Henry Mancini, Herman Stein and William Lava's uncredited score for Abbott and Costello Meet the Keystone Kops.
They will also be recording Frank Skinner’s score for Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein.
The Kops score was the “stretch goal” but it’s the one that interests me most, hence the switcheroo.
When my good friend Matthew Coniam asked me to contribute to his book The Annotated Abbott & Costello, I mentioned that "Kops features the best comedic musical score of any A&C film, played with clever variations during the giddy Keystone Kop finale.” It’s a fun, sprightly score, and would fit nicely as accompaniment to one’s silent comedies that either have no music track or that have a bad music track.

Just backed it, and like you, it was more for the A&CMtKK score than the Frankenstein score.
